 REGISTRATION

Registration for the conference will take place on Sunday 20th October from 3pm to 6pm, and other days from 8am to 4pm in Nice Acropolis Convention and Exhibition Center, 1 Esplanade Kennedy, 06300 Nice.

For participants to the Pre-conference course, the registration will take place before the course from 9am to 9:30am on Sunday, 20th October 2013.

MEETING PLACE

The EPNOE 2013 conference will be held in Nice Acropolis Convention and Exhibition Center (1 Esplanade Kennedy, 06300 Nice).

PROGRAMME SCHEDULE

 The conference will begin at 9 a.m. on Monday, October 21st and will end at 12.35 a.m. on Thursday, October 24th.

The Gala Dinner will take place on Tuesday, October 22nd and will be held in Palais de la Mediteranee// Hyatt Regency Nice (15, Promenade des Anglais, 06300 Nice). Participants will have to show their bagdes upon entering the Gala Dinner.

ATTENTION! The Pre-Conference Course will be organised on Sunday, October 20th in Nice Acropolis Convention and Exhibition Center, 1 Esplanade Kennedy, 06300 Nice and not in Mines ParisTech school.

ORAL PRESENTATIONS AND POSTERS

The oral presentation will take 20 minutes. The Keynote and Invited lectures will take 30 minutes.

The size of posters should be A0: 841 mm (width) x 1181 mm (height). The position of posters will be vertical (portrait). The posters will be displayed on the boards during the whole time of the conference and a dedicated poster session will take place on Wednesday 23rd October.
